The shift bracket bushing kit takes away the sloppy movement of the shifter cable. The OEM rubber bushings flex during gear shifts which causes a slight delay, the aluminium bushes eliminate this and give a more precise shift.
These bushes are located on the cradle that holds the shifter cables and give a more gated feel during gear changes.
