Description

The Hyundai i30N Xtreme Clutch Kit – KHD18631-2B (Stage 3) by Karter Performance is an aftermarket clutch kit that is designed to handle more torque than the OEM system for your i30N.

The Hyundai i30N Xtreme Clutch Kit – KHD18631-2B (Stage 3) comes complete with a single mass flywheel, alloy pressure plate, Twin sprung organic clutch disc, pressure plate bolts and flywheel bolts as well as a new concentric slave cylinder.
The new upgrade results in a 65% increase in clamping force and a 1220Nm torque capacity (flywheel rated). This is their stage 3 kit and is the second-highest torque rating kit Xtreme offers. This kit can still be used for street use (in our opinion) due to the twin-sprung organic friction disc. Your peak torque the motor will produce (with the planned modifications) should be factored into your choice when deciding which clutch kit to go with.

**Stage 3 is referring to the options within their clutch range and is not related to what ‘stage’ your vehicle is at. Your kit choice is made based on torque output (on the flywheel) and what type of driving you’re doing.

This clutch kit is recommended for track use and high-performance street use.
