Ford Fiesta ST180 Powerflex Front Upper Engine Mount Insert

Description

The Ford Fiesta ST180 Powerflex Front Upper Engine Mount is an insert to fit into the original mount to limit the movement of the engine and to provide stability under acceleration. A small increase in NVH, usually at idle, should be expected when stiffening the connecting mount between the engine/transmission and chassis. The harder the material used, the greater the NVH transmitted.
This insert is best for those who do not have a damaged engine mount and will typically prevent that mount from failing. If your drivers side engine mount is damaged (under the coolant bottle) then we suggest replacing it with the Vibra Techincs RHS Engine Mount.
