No one knows the EcoBoost motors better than Turbosmart. The Turbosmart BOV for your Fiesta ST180/200 is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement of the factory valve system. The EM series is a world’s first plug-and-play system where it retains the factory ECU control (electronic) to open/close the valve. The Fiesta ST180/200 Turbosmart BOV utilises an integrated proprietary high-temperature solenoid valve so there is no need for a boost tap/pick-up point or vacuum hoses. The Kompact EM -series is a plumb-back BOV design that provides the same functionality as the OEM BOV where it re-circulates the vented air back into the intake. The stock blow-off valve is prone to leak under high-power applications due to its plastic design. The Fiesta ST180/200 Turbosmart BOV is constructed from aircraft-grade aluminium alloy ensuring no cracking or leaking even under increased boost levels.
