With the OEM design of the oil filter housing being quite fragile and prone to leaking or splitting due to its clip on design this is a necessary modification to perfectly seal and cater for the added pressures of high horsepower motors. The kit utilises a modified and baffled Ford oil filter housing (including a new oil filter and seals). The Breather is placed behind the motor near the gearbox to ensure any engine fumes are vented underneath the floor plan.
