Ford Focus Mk3 Radium Engineering Port Injection

Description

The Radium Engineering port injection kit is constructed from 6061 CNC machined aluminium and features smoothed port dividers promoting laminar flow into the combustion chamber and evenly divided injector spray patterns. The adapter plate utilises angled air flow passages which are perfectly matched to the intake ports and manifold (using CAD technology) to minimise any impact to air flow. The fuel rail features a large 17.5 mm internal diameter bore which is CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminium. Each injector will be at their maximum angle to ensure proper spray into the ports. Machined phenolic mounting spacers and washers are included to completely isolate the kit from any heat transfer from the mounting bolts from the cylinder head. The port injection kit comes with special CNC machined aluminium adapter brackets to relocate the engine cover mounting grommets to allow the engine cover to be re-fitted ensuring a stealth look. This kit is designed for specific upper and lower O-ring spacing, consult the diagram before purchasing injectors. The adaptor plate, custom fuel rail, fuel rail mounting hardware are all included. This kit is compatible with all fuel types, including ethanol.
